MLT 110 - Hematology & HemostasisPrerequisite: BIO 116 , CHM 101 , and MLT 101 .
(4 Credits)
This course covers the study of blood cells, disease, theory of coagulation and disgnostic procedures relating to whole blood. Also included is instruction in specimen processing and handling. Basic elements of automation and quality control are introduced. Course fee required. Total of 45 hours of lecture and 45 hours of lab.
Semesters Offered: Spring Only, All Years.
