ART 204 - Painting IIPrerequisite: ART 104 .
(3 Credits)
This is an advanced course that provides development of skills learned in ART 104 , with the focus on representational painting; special emphasis on concept and technique. Exploration in subject, form, and content in relation to personal expression is encouraged. Students will be introduced to the work of various artists and techniques contributing to contemporary expression in the medium. Students will develop a portfolio of work for final review. Course fee required. Total of 60 hours of lecture.
