LTN 201 - Intermediate Latin IPrerequisite: LTN 102 or Level II of high school Latin; OR instructor consent. (3 Credits) This course continues the study of Latin language at an intermediate level, further developing the four skills introduced in the elementary courses (Elementary Latin I and Elementary Latin II; or equivalent): listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. Emphasis at the intermediate level is placed on moving towards greater fluency in these areas through longer and more complex texts and conversations. Students continue to explore the relationship between the classical language of Latin and our world today. * Art/Humanities Approved General Education Course. Total of 45 hours of lecture.
