PHY 203 - Principles of Physics IPrerequisite: MAT 203 .
(4 Credits)
This is the first course in a three course sequence of calculus-based physics for students that plan to major in physics, engineering, mathematics, or physical sciences. It includes Newtonian mechanics, kinematics and dynamics of translational, rotational, and simple harmonic motions; momentum, energy, and graviation.* Biological/Physical Science and Lab Approved General Education Course. 45 hours of lecture and 45 hours of lab.
Semesters Offered: Fall and Spring Only, All Years.
