HIS 101 - World History to 1500Prerequisite: RDG 095 or appropriate score on the placement test. (3 Credits) This course studies the history of civilization from primitive man and the earliest river-centered cultures to the mid-1500s, with a focus on key epochs, societies, persons, movements, and ideas which illustrate the development and continuity of the world cultures. * Behavioral/Social Science Approved General Education Course. Total of 45 hours of lecture.
