CSC 134 - Introduction to JAVA ProgrammingPrerequisite: Any 100-level MAT or higher; AND CSC 130 or SDE 130 .
(3 Credits)
This course provides students with a basic understanding of the principles of JAVA Programming. It covers syntax and structure, with an emphasis on problem solving techniques. Students create programs using input/output statements; if, while, do while, and for loop logic structures; arrays, functions, and basic object-oriented programming techniques. Students will be able to recognize and correct common programming errors. Total of 45 hours of lecture.
Semesters Offered: Spring Only, All Years.
