CDC 269 - Internship IPrerequisite: CDC 212 and CDC 203 ; OR instructor consent.
(3 Credits)
Students gain work experience at chemical dependency treatment agencies and organizations supervised by staff and HCC faculty. The hours of work are applicable to the certificate requirements. Students must meet the College requirements for internship participation and receive permission of the faculty adviser, Division Director, and Vice President of Academic Affairs and Student Services or Dean of Students. Internship eligibility and application information are available at https://www.hagerstowncc.edu/student-services/internships. Total of 180 contact hours.
