POL 202 - Constitutional LawPrerequisite: POL 101 . (3 Credits) This course is a study of constitutional law as it has developed through interpretations of the United States Supreme Court. Subjects include judicial review, federalism, congressional and presidential authority, the First Amendment, criminal rights, due process and equal protection of the law. Total 45 hours of lecture.
