EMS 161 - Airway Management and Respiratory Emergencies

Prerequisite: Current EMT certification AND ENG 099, RDG 095, or appropriate score on the placement test.
Corequisite: EMS 151.

This course considers appropriate assessment and airway management for medical and trauma patients. Included in this course is an introduction to respiratory emergencies assessment and management. Course fee required. Total of 30 hours of lecture.
