BIO 116 - Human Anatomy and Physiology for Allied HealthPrerequisite: ENG 099 . (4 Credits) This is a single semester course (lecture and lab) designed to provide an understanding of the structure and function of human anatomy, including the neuroendocrine, integumentary, musculoskeletal, digestive, urinary, reproductive, respiratory, and circulatory systems. The laboratory work involves a complete study and dissection of a cat as a typical mammal, with comparison to the human. This course is not approved for the RN and LPN programs. Laboratory fee required. Total of 45 hours of lecture and 45 hours of lab.
