RAD 101 - Radiography I

Prerequisite: Acceptance into the radiography program.
(3 Credits)

This course introduces the principles and practices of radiography and the medical profession. Emphasis is placed on the fundamentals of radiographic equipment operation, exposure, protection, and patient care. Course fee required. Total of 30 hours of lecture and 45 hours of laboratory.
