RAD 216 - Mammography for Radiographers

Prerequisite: RAD 200.

This course focuses on the anatomy and physiology of the breast, positioning, quality assurance, and patient care requirements of mammography. Practice sessions are incorporated into the lecture component emphasizing proper patient positioning and patient care skills. Course fee required. Total of 45 hours.
