HIS 102 - World History Since 1500Prerequisite: RDG 095 or appropriate score on the placement test. (3 Credits) This course studies world civilizations from the mid-1500s to the present, focusing on the impact of Western colonialism on the non-Western world, the rise of nationalism throughout the world, and the movement toward some measure of international cooperation. * Behavioral/Social Science Approved General Education Course. Total of 45 hours of lecture.
