ENG 102 - Advanced English CompositionPrerequisite: ENG 101 , ENG 101E , ENG 101P , or ENG 112
*A minimum grade of “C” or better is required for ENG-101, ENG-101E, ENG-101P, or ENG-112.

Students will learn to hone their writing practice with transferrable writing skills through explorations of more rigorous genres of writing, including new and emerging modes of communication. Students may engage in multimodal writing, visual literacy, literary analysis, ethnographic writing, primary research, and more. Emphasis is placed upon Rhetorical Knowledge, Critical Thinking and Research, Processes, and Conventions. * English Approved General Education Course. Total of 45 hours of lecture.
