EDU 101 - Introduction to Education

Prerequisite: RDG 095 or appropriate score on the placement test.
(3 Credits)

This course introduces the student to the American education system. Historical and philosophical traditions, types of educational institutions, teaching methods, learner characteristics, issues, and career opportunities are introduced. Total 45 hours of lecture.
