DEN 115 - Dental Office ManagementPrerequisite: DEN 101 , DEN 104 , and DEN 107
Corequisite: COM 103 or COM 108 ; AND DEN 110 and DEN 120

This course is designed to provide an overview of the management of a dental office. Topics include communication skills, patient management, bookkeeping and recall systems, preparation of dental insurance forms, supplies and inventory, maintenance of patient records, and appointment control. Total of 30 hours of online instruction.
