DNC 114 - Ballet I

(3 Credits)

A beginning ballet class that includes traditional barre and centre work with a focus on Vaganova technique. Students will engage in critical thinking, explore historical perspectives of ballet and improve flexibility, alignment, rotation, weight distribution, and balance. Total of 60 contact hours.

Semesters Offered: Spring Only, All Years.
