ART 123 - Jewelry I

Prerequisite: RDG 095 or appropriate score on the placement test.
(3 Credits)

This course investigates the aesthetics, function, and design of jewelry. Study includes basic techniques in metal forming, use of propane/oxygen torch, basic jewelry tools, as well as an exploration of nontraditional materials. Total of 60 hours of lecture.
