ELE 209 - Printed Circuit Board Design and Assembly Corequisite: ELE 102 and ELE 106 . (2 Credits) This course teaches students the fundamentals of modern printed circuit design and fabrication. The student uses computer-aided tools to design, build, trouble-shoot an electronic assembly, test and measure the circuit specifications. Topics include printed circuit design, active and passive component selection, design and simulation, assembly modeling, and 3D printing. Total of 30 hours of lecture.
Semesters Offered: Spring Only, All Years.
