ELE 230 - Advanced Unmanned SystemsPrerequisite: ELE 130 and ELE 131 . (3 Credits) Students will be expected to demonstrate proficiency with unmanned vehicle simulators and flight. Students will be introduced to the concepts and principles of mission planning involved with unmanned systems. Students will also be introduced to how unmanned systems communicate with outside entities and each other. The course also covers how the sensors on a vehicle work, their purpose, and applications of the different types of sensors. Course fee required. Total of 45 hours of lecture.
Semesters Offered: Spring Only, All Years.
