RDG 095 - Reading Strategies for College Success

Prerequisite: Appropriate score on placement test.

This course provides instruction in reading strategies to support success in college level courses across the curriculum. Fundamentals of several reading strategies are addressed. Areas of concentration may include, but are not limited to, reading rate, vocabulary, basic comprehension and analysis. Total of 45 hours of lecture.
