EMS 151 - Introduction to Emergency Medical Services

Prerequisite: current EMT certification.
(3 Credits)
This course introduces students to emergency medical services design, roles and responsibilities, paramedic wellness, critical thinking in the prehospital environment, paramedic assessment and diagnosis, history taking, and physical examination. Total of 45 hours.
